Gracious and helpful staff. Foreign visitors may receive a 10% off card from the information desk. Show your passport or driver's license. Also there is a VAT office where they will credit the VAT tax refund to your credit card. A huge savings with a minimum of fuss. Merchandise is exquisite.

What a fabulous shopping experience! Go all the way up to the roof and see the panorama of the rooftops of Paris. Go to the store's website and find out about their free fashion shows that are held weekly. Book well in advance. And don't forget to visit the cafeteria. Reasonable and good food with, again, fantastic views of Paris.
