It’s one of the most dramatic views in South Africa, a country not short on views to make your mouth hang slackly open in awe. At God's Window, on the Drakensberg escarpment, you can look our over the Lowveld and the private game reserves of the Mpumalanga region. It is a truly spectacular sight, the jagged cliffs, a dizzying 700 metre plunge. God's Window makes up only a small part of the winding 250km long cliff path, but it’s the most memorable (and subsequently most famous) vantage point - the abundant scenic bounty stretching out before you, seemingly endless, magnificent in the truest sense. Be sure to take a camera as this is one view you’re going to want to record for posterity: jagged walls of rock, vast canyons and cascading waterfalls, there really is nowhere on earth quite like it.
