Lao People's Democratic Republic

One of the least developed and consequently most fascinating countries in South East Asia, Laos exerts a hold on everyone who visits it. The fertile lowlands of the Mekong River Valley contain much to entrance and the atmospheric city of Luang Prabang is a temple-filled gem.
