Nowhere does opulence like Dubai, home of seven-star leviathans like the iconic Burj Al Arab. It stands to reason that if you want to be pampered in true style, to have your every need catered for, then Dubai is the place to go.
The One & Only Royal Mirage is without question one of Dubai’s most impressive and stylish resorts. Overlooking Palm Island, the resort, with its understated Arabian architecture, sits within 60 acres of immaculately landscaped gardens and meandering pathways. The resort’s Residence & Spa is a temple to self-indulgence and luxury. If you want to be pampered, head to the Givenchy Spa, styled as a traditional Oriental Hammam. Deep cleansing facials and Swedish massage are offered alongside more alternative treatments like Herbal Body Wraps and Canyon Love Stone Therapy.
Accommodation is, as you might expect, exclusive and just a little bit decadent, plush fabrics, marble floors, fresh flowers, and beds that go on for ever. Service is warm and attentive and the atmosphere as a whole is deeply romantic, making it perfect for a honeymoon.

Reviews of One&Only Royal Mirage
Whilst Dubai is generally a building site and there is a 'Palm' being built very nearby, the One and Only was still surprisingly peaceful. A definite must is the traditional hammam - go for the full experience which involves a scrub, steam, wash and massage.

An exceptional hotel with beautiful rooms. The restaurants are superb and the staff are friendly and switched on: no question or problem is too hard or too small and is dealt with immediately. Whatever training course they put their staff on is well worth the money! On arriving at the pool your towels are laid out on your sun bed, you are supplied with an endless supply of iced mineral water, cold face towels, waiter service and a chap even comes round to clean your sunglasses – there really is no need to move off your sun bed. Our stay was fabulous and the hotel itself cannot be faulted. If you want to spoil yourself this is the place!
