Where is your most memorable sunset? Was it alone on a sea wall, when the sky just dissolved into scarlet and blew your mind? Was it with your lover, on a bench in a park or on that first romantic holiday? Maybe it was from high in the Alps, or with your Mum and a cup of tea as you reminisced about the past while sitting in the back garden at home. Whenever, wherever, sunsets and their explosions of colour and expressions of hope have inspired poets and shepherds forever. And the good thing is that the best one yet might be just around the corner. It might be tonight.

Reviews of Sunsets

Some of my favourite sunsets include a sunset safari in Malawi over a Hippo lake and sunset over the Nile. Fanatastic experiences, however sunsets can be beautiful all over the world.

The best sunset I've ever seen was from the Cliffs of Moher on a clear summer evening.

Personally I love all sunsets.

Spending New Years Eve in Aruba was great. Sitting on the beach and watching the sun set on paradise was breathtaking. After a day relaxing on the beach, we were able to watch a beautiful sunset and then paint the town red.

The Sacre Coeur (Paris) is my favourite view, if you've never seen it is featured in several films, most recently Amelie where the protagonist is sending her love interest on a wild goose-chase. It's a hard climb to the top with a great view, beautiful cathedral, and lots of people relaxing, playing guitar, break dancing and smoking cigarettes. Take a few drinks with you and make an evenning of it with some friends.
