Home away from home for jet set business travellers with bulging expense accounts, the Park Hyatt is one of Tokyo's most exclusive hotels. It's worth it to go just for the giant beds made up with fine Egyptian cotton sheets and fluffy duvets, and you will feel like a Japanese emperor in the marbled bathrooms with brushed cotton kimonos hung on the walls, rooms lit with paper lanterns and arranged with woven straw and lacquer boxes containing all number of beauty product. Then there is the 52nd-story New York Bar and Grill, the hottest restaurant in Tokyo, booked weeks in advance, so plan ahead. Located in the heart of Shinjuku, Tokyo's glitzy business and entertainment district, it's a perfect launching point for you to find your own Scarlett Johansson or Bill Murray. Alternatively - just get a tasty bowl of udon instead.

We sat atop of this sprawling city and sipped cocktails as the sun set. As night fell the sky became a beautiful sparkling lights spectacle. The staff were friendly and the food delicious!
